Geoff Wilton is the Co-founder of Counties Home Loans, alongside his lovely wife, Hannah.  Born and raised in the Waikato, Geoff began his banking career while overseas on his OE.

Lexi Jones
Mortgage Adviser

Ph: (027) 654 4492

Born in Papakura and raised in Onewhero, Lexi is proud to call herself a Counties local.

Lexi and her hubby were always keen to stay close and purchased their first home in Pukekohe North over a decade ago! They are now fortunate enough to have their own little slice of Onewhero paradise, currently sharing their five-and-a-bit acres with three beautiful goats, a few cattle and their two angelic children.

Growing up, Lexi spent most of her time training at the Pukekohe Gymnastics Club. Thanks to the club and some awesome coaches, she was able to represent Pukekohe, Auckland and New Zealand. Neither of their kids chose to follow Lexi’s  footsteps, though! So nowadays when she is not in the office, you’ll find her chauffeuring them to rugby/aikido/music lessons and whatnot. Lexi hit the jackpot with a supportive family, so when she has down time, she’ll be at a concert, on a beginner level bush walk or engrossed in a ‘good’ romance novel.

Having done her dash as a teacher and cherishing her time as a fulltime Mum, Lexi moved into a successful banking career where she has spent the most recent six years. During this time, Lexi was thrilled to be able to help so many people into their first homes, holiday homes, investment properties and build their dream homes.

Purchasing property or figuring out debts can be stressful. Lexi is a huge believer it doesn’t need to be! A strong, genuine relationship is at the core of ensuring an easy experience.

Elated to now be part of the Counties Home Loans team, Lexi looks forward to helping you on your journey to establish and achieve your property and home loan goals.

Usha Naran

Usha Naran
Administrator and Loan Processor

Ph: (027) 293 3358

Usha was raised in Wellington, where she lived until she met her husband (a third generation Pukekohe local) in 2007.  In 2009, her husband succeeded in enticing Usha to settle with him, on the land his family has owned for over 50 years.

Usha is Mum to four children – three boys and one girl – and loves being involved in their sport and education. They’re sport fanatics!

So Usha is kept busy managing their Patumahoe rugby teams, supporting them from the sidelines at cricket and hockey and chauffeuring to dance and swimming lessons. She makes sure she finds time to stay involved with sport herself, and plays social Hockey (her chosen sport since she was 5) for the Pukekohe Indians Sports Club. She’s been a member of the Patumahoe Primary School PTA for 3 years and is thrilled to be able to help the school raise funds for important resources and projects.

Usha began her adult life as a Travel Agent, which took her around the South Pacific for a couple of years. However, she found her passion in the finance industry and moved into Banking. Feeling the pull of the overseas experience, Usha based herself in London for a year before returning to Banking on her return, where she was offered a role in Business Banking.  Soon after that, Usha became a Banking Consultant – a role she thoroughly enjoyed until her oldest was born at the end of 2010.

Usha joined Counties Home Loans in April 2019 and is really happy to be able to support Geoff and assist customers with securing and maintaining their home loans.
